In order to improve the large-scale production efficiency of corn and realize intellectualization automation seed metering technology, it is necessary combine modern computer technology with intelligent algorithm establish a feasible model suitable for device. this paper, watershed EDEM (EM Solutions EDEM) are used an efficient particle recognition model. Watershed image matching recognition, simulation processing particles. Twenty seeds were selected, proportion volume fraction different shapes calculated by using The parameters needed calibrated verify reliability sowing accuracy. Through credibility evaluation RTM (Resin Transfer Moulding) in maize model, can be seen that has credibility, variance test result P = 0.662 > 0.10 shows meets requirements. results show applied device, greatly efficiency, high reliability, worthy practical application promotion. construction Simulation planter based on deeply studied analysed, related processes improved, so as comprehensively work quality planter.
